Terms of Service

1. Introduction

This provisional agreement sets out the conditions under which the studio works with its clients. Using any of the services means you accept every condition listed on this page.

2. Services

Typical work covers, among other things:

• Designing and building websites
• Advice on digital direction
• Visual identity work
• Building custom web software
• Interface and UX design
• Online promotion campaigns

3. Project Terms

3.1 Proposals and Estimates

Every quote stays open for thirty days. It may be adjusted if the scope of the work shifts in the meantime.

3.2 Payment Terms

• Half of the fee is paid before we start
• The rest is settled when the work is handed over
• Tasks outside the agreed scope are quoted and charged apart
• Invoices fall due two weeks after being issued

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Client Materials

Anything you supply, from text to artwork, remains yours throughout.

4.2 Final Deliverables

Once the last invoice is paid, the finished work passes to you, with these exceptions:

• Licensed assets such as typefaces and photos
• Methods and tooling built in-house
• Open source libraries

5. Project Management

5.1 Timeline

Schedules are indicative and rely on you replying and signing off without delay.

5.2 Revisions

Two revision rounds come with every project. Further rounds are charged by the hour at the usual rate.

6. Confidentiality

Whatever we learn about your company and your project is kept private and never passed on.

7. Project Termination

Both sides can end the engagement by giving thirty days' notice in writing. Work done before the end date is invoiced in full.

8. Warranty

For thirty days after launch we repair faults in our own code at no charge. The following fall outside that commitment:

• Editing content
• Requests for add-ons
• Faults in external services
• Damage done by clients

9. Liability

Our exposure is capped at the fees you have paid. Indirect losses, including lost revenue, are not our responsibility.

10. Changes to Terms

These conditions may change over time. Contracts already signed keep their original text.
